Email: Uber discount

I got an email about buying Uber gift card for a 10% discount if I pay with paypal by this week-end.  I tried to get it and logged onto my paypal account and tried to pay, but can not figure out how to pay?

Is the a real offer or fake.  

I have since changed my password.

I bought a card and did not receive a gift card code.  PayPal refuses to fix the problem even though they acknowledge this was a legit offer and the seller is listed as PayPal Inc.  Very frustrating.
