Debit Card registration

Hi,

I'm trying to add my debit card to my account. I used to have my (ex)girlfriends card on my account but I'd bill to my bank account only so as to not use her money, I just had her card to verify my account, but it has no expired and I'd like to add my debit on instead. It's a Credit-Union card and doesnt seem to belong to any of the Card providers in the selection. 

How do you add a credi-union debit card?

If the card is not in your name or it's not a joint account - then you cannot use it.

The card is in my name and is linked to my checkings account.
