Changing account type

Way back when I started up on Paypal (many moons ago) it appears that I got a business account.    I don't own and never have owned a business....  how do I go about changing to a personal account without closing my account?

Great question! Only a PayPal employee can downgrade a PayPal account. You'll need to contact us so that we can help get this resolved!
