Cancel a refunding

How do I cancel a refund? Paypal refunded my payment for an online purchase because I didn't have my email confirmed. I have now confirmed my email so how do I fix this?

If the buyer still wants the item then send them a money request to pay again.

I sent a partial refund, to the wrong customer. How do I cancel it?

You can't, all you can do is ask if they will pay you that money again but you can't force them to do so.
