I used to be able to do purchases with Paypal with 0.00 balance because it would use my debit to do the purchase, but recently I purchased the wrong thing , and I ended up receiving the "insufficient funds" message from paypal and ended up with a debt ,but Yesterday I fixed the debt , the balance is back at 0.00, but now when I do purchases It doesnt use my debit anymore , and just says there is a billing problem.
