I tried buying a item from a store and it gave me this error " We’re sorry, we weren’t able to complete your payment or set up preapproved payments at this time. Please try again later. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
I then tried sending some money to a alternate account to see if it words and then it gave me this error
"We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact Paypal.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact Customer Service."
My account is verified and has been around since 2012 but only recently started getting these errors. I waited a couple of days to send money and buy things from stores buy I just kept getting the same error. Any help?
