Can't confirm my phone number

Hi all,

I just added my new cell phone number to my profile and I can't confirm it. Paypal supposely sent me a text message with the security code but I never receive it. My new cell number is an american phone number where as my Paypal acount is canadian. 

Any clue on how to solve this?

This seems to be a reoccurring problem for people. I am locked out of my account because of this. So far PayPal has been unresponsive to my emails.

I'm also having problems trying to confirm my Australian mobile number after I needed to change it. I can't find an option anywhere (on site or app) to receive one it just states its still unconfirmed. Kinda frustrating!
