Account Verification Problem

I'm having a few issues with my paypal account.

I'm a 14 y/o designer that sells designs like banners, logo, etc... a client recently did a reversal which made my paypal account got this limitation problem.

My paypal account is not 100% mine. it's actually my parent's, they use their driver's license to make an account for me. but the problem is that they use my name and not theirs to create this account which leaves me to an issue where they can't confirm I'm the account owner (since I gave them my parent's driver license). Is there a way to resolve this?

Also, they didn't provide me with a button to send me some more documents for proof

Thanks,

If you are 14 years old then you should not be using a Paypal account.

As you won't be able to verify your account with any details that Paypal request then odds are your account will be limited.

That may also impact on any Paypal accounts used by anyone else under the same IP address and any future accounts you 'may' want to open legally at 18 years.
