I am from Montreal, Quebec. Paypal suddenly decided to put limits on my account because of the Canadian government.
I sent them the information they asked for including the government issued official certificate of my business registration, but Paypal is saying that's not enough... What gives ??
They are asking for "Published Annual Report, eCertificate of Corporate Status or Articles of Incorporation."
But I'm not a corporation, I'm registered as a Sole Proprietorship - self employed business owner in Quebec.
How can I change my business account type to "Sole Proprietorship" or the alternative?
I'm sure I'm not the only Canadian with this issue...
help?
