I have 2 Ebay Gift cards $50 on each. I have tried paying for my ebay purchases totaling less than $100. I was trying to by 3 items that equalled $98.99 and when I go to pay for them Pay Pal I get the following error "We're not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please try again later." I have no Paypal balance, but Paypal states that I don't have to have a balance to shop on eBay. Is there going to be a fix for this soon?
It also does this when I try buying just a single item for less than the amount on the card.
