i just tryed buying a game online and siadi erro rand paypal charged me a 1.07 thats not fair to charge me when i havnt even bought anything im scraed to even try to buy anything eles
sometimes PayPal needs to conduct a transaction check to verify that the card information is valid. In this case what you see is simply a (Pending) transaction. That $1.07 will be reimbursed in a few business days. Please be patient.
