Hello! So im trying to buy an item from eBay. The item is a galaxy s8 which is worth $700 CAD including shipping+other fees. I have $900 CAD in my PayPal balance and everytime I try to pay it doesn't work. Like I literally tried it on a bunch of other sites aswell such as BestBuy since they accept PayPal but it still didnt work.. I had a Credit Card added the first time I tried to pay but it didnt work then I removed my Credit Card and it still didnt work. On eBay the sellers accepted PayPal and they were also from Canada so I dont understand why I cant use my PayPal balance.
PLEASE HELP ASAP!!
