Hello i tried to pay my friend and its telling me this error "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now" im actually in algeria travelled for buisness is there any solutions ? pleas answer as fast as possible and thank you 🙂
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
