Unfortunately there can be various reasons - a system glitch, an expired credit card, an unverified account, etc. As this is a member to member help group, we do not have customer support capabilities. All we can do is speculate as to the reason.
Before you try contacting customer support, here's a few suggestions you can do yourself:
Delete your web browser's cookies, temp files and history. Then close your web browser, reopen it and retry.
Another option is try a different web browser or if possible another computer.
Also ensure that what ever web browser you're using, it's the latest version.
If you're still experiencing the issue after trying the above suggestions, then contact customer support for additional assistance.
