This paypal is useless sometimes tomorrow my hosting account will be terminated and i can't pay the payment all i get is an error saying return to the merchant i have more than enough money to pay the bill

You guys are not alone. PayPal said this is a security feature.

Anyway, we can still use our funds if we ask the merchant to send us an invoice. But if you pay someone directly or if you create a billing agreement, you can't, which is a pain in the **bleep**.

I have this same message happening to me today several times and I still can't send the money.

i phoned one PayPal number. A recording said that number was for a working phone.

Tried another number , twice. I got hung up on after giving it the information requested.

Frustrated and in need of PayPal help

Wouldn't it be nice if they gave us a meaningful message about why, instead of this catch all "there is an error" type meaningless message.
