Good Morning.
Yesterday I charge my credit card to make some online buys.
I tried to make the payments but all the transactions were canceled.
I tried till evening thinking that there was a problem with the bank.
At night still couldn't make any payment so I called my bank.
They told me pay pall has taken 2 times the same amount of money for a good I wanted to buy so there are no money left for further transactions.
My bank gave me the orders no of pay pall and told me to contact the seller.
The seller has no orders and no payments from my account (by the way it’s not the 1st time buying from this seller). So I have no orders, and no money.
Bank Customers service told me there are 2 pending’s from pay pall but I can only see 1 in my account which I can’t cancel either.
I have tried to contact with pay pall via email but not answer yet!
I have 2 questions.1st I will be able somehow to cancel both pending orders which actually I can see only one and 2ond how long it will take to send my money back to my credit card.
