Your answer is from 2014, so has it been updated since? Would like this option in Canada too. Would probably make me end up using PayPal for everything in the long run, not just credit ones.
it is something that I believe should taken out of here or made so yhat all can get as the internet knows no borders or fences. PayPal should give all of us the same treatment. Just MHO

This socialist country is all about big corporations and not at all about consumers. The governments main priority is to maintain banks and big corporations have our business without allowing options. PayPal Credit will never come here because of that. The USA is about choices and freedom, hence the reason all the celebrities and wealthy people move there from here.

Do you think a country with a population of 35 Million having the 10th largest country in the world gets by on socialism? Our current Government is Liberal Democrat. For the 12 years prior we had Conservative Republican. We've never had a Socialist Federal Government.

Companies like Hydro One get richer while consumers go bankrupt.
