PayPal Credit is currently only offered to residents of the United States, so I regret to inform you that residents of Canada would not be eligible.

Yes indeed I thonk Paypal should make an effort to at least not mislead the e-bay  Canadian community by offering 6 months payments on the e-bay site screens WHEN it is NOT available......Truly mis-interpreted and could easily make an Ebay member loose his or her Credibility!!!!!!
