Hi! i got 100 USD for helping with something, and wanted to use it in the steam store. Yet i don't know why - despite me having a OK billing address, card connected, and stuff, it always says "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time" Could anyone look into that for me ?
Oh, and all the other transactions, that are < 100 usd, are red-flagged too
P.S. If it matters - use "Add funds" option on steam
im having the exact same problem since yesterday, purchased guild wars and went to purchase something else from steam that was for sale and its not going through. Checked again today and still same issue
