So I am currently trying to buy HKD psn cards on a site called play-asia. I have a many friends who use paypal with this site and it works just fine. Whenever I try and make a payment using paypal it comes up with "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant". I created my paypal account a day or 2 ago. Does this mean that paypal thinks the site is unsafe?

does this have anything to do with banks suspending interac e-transfers?
