Sending money around the world...

I read about this "send money around the world" feature. It's quite interesting. I really would like to know how does this work? I mean how would the recipient collect the money if he doesn't have a Paypal account and or if Paypal is not available in his country.

You can send money to anyone with a paypal account anywhere in the world.

If they don't have a paypal account or can't accept paypal in their country then that option would not be available to them.
