Repay the refund

 A few months ago I bought a small item from China. When it did not arrive until four weeks after the final estimated date, I contacted the seller who gave me a full refund. Wouldn't you know it, a week later the item arrived.  Now I feel that I should repay the seller for the item. What is the simplest way to do that?   Thanks in advance for your help.

Either contact him and ask him to send you a money request or invoice OR

go to send money > goods > put in his email address and send him the payment.

Thanks to kernowlass for the suggestion.  Vendor has used two different email addresses, so we are still deciding which one I should use.  That's as far as I've gotten.
