I have a Prepaid Mastercard that I have linked it to my PayPal account since April 2015. I have managed to complete successfully transactions via eBay and also my Mobile Vendor. So the card was working without any problems till the end of July.
Yesterday and today I am trying to buy something from eBay and it seems that Paypal cannot retieve the wanted amount of money from my account.
Is this a side-effect of the eBay-PayPal seperation or should I contact my bank in order to find out why the card is not accepted?
Will it have any difference if I delete and re-add the card?
