Paying with PayPal

When I go and check and right at confirm payment it said fix issues with PayPal I tried and click on it but it want go anywhere how can I find out what’s wrong

Mine sends me to "Enter your credit card info"  I'm stuck on that page. Why? This info is already setup in Paypal.
