I was refunded $17usd which I paid the exchange rate on, $22. It should in my balance as $17usd. I made a purchase for 68.50, my balance of $17 was used and $51.50 taken from my bank account. PayPal never exchanged the 17usd back to cad$ because I should have only paid $46.50 from my bank account! I was ripped off $5. Is this something that PayPal does, not exchange the money in the right currency? That 17$ should have been used as 22$ it even said it was usd$. What do I do to get the 5$ back?
