Alright, this just happend to me yesterday and today, because before when I tried to buy this product, it works. but now It gives me an error saying "
Return to merchant and try a different payment method
We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)".
Any help will be usefull.

I'm having the same issue! This is what's happening when I'm trying to purchase a product:
An error has occured in PayPal Authorization. Plesae retry with another PayPal account.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
