Hi everyone,
I am having an issue with my refund. Basically, I am a senior international student who will leave the US by next week (worst case is forever). I have a debit card here that I use to pay for my ebay transactions. However, there are three returns that I have made within the last 2 weeks. I believe that it will take up to 2-3 weeks for the payments to be received. I intended to close my card next week. So my question is:
What if I close my debit card next week? Will the amount of refund keep in my PayPal balance or not?
