Good afternoon,
I made an instant transfer a few days ago but the bank refused the payment. The recipient told me that they received the payment. What happens next? What is the credit card does not go through? Thanks.

Hello there!
It sounds as if you sent an Instant Transfer - if that's the case, PayPal will try the bank again one more time down the road before we attempt to charge your card. If the card doesn't take care of the charge, your PayPal account balance will go negative and you'll want to resolve that balance.
Thanks!
Adrian
