I made a purchase with H&M on June 2/2017. I returned it about a week or two later and received a refund for the amount on June 14/2017, but I was debited by PayPal that same day. It says in my statements that the refund is pending, but I do not understand what that means or why PayPal debited me for a purchase I had refunded. H&M informed me that on their system they only have the purchase and the return.
