When I open a dispute on paypal It keeps saying
"We're sorry, something went wrong. Please try again."
The 180 days has not passed. It has been 93 days since I ordered 4 items item on Ebay and didn't recieve it.
My eBay Buyer Protection eligibility has passed. The protection is for only 30 days.
The tracking status says shipped. The seller said they will message me asap when they find out the problem.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
