Hi, I am trying to send money using the "Pay for goods or services" option every time I try to send money to the seller I want to buy from I get a error saying "This recipient does not accept payments from non-U.S. PayPal accounts" I have contacted the seller about this issue already and they say that they have changed the settings to allow international payments, but it still is not working yet. So this brings me to my question how long does it take to have paypal settings update, or does this person need to change other settings as well to allow payments from canada?

EDIT:
I have solved the problem it just took a day to update the setting, I am not sure how to delete this post now. If one of the admins can delete it or if someone can tell me how to delete it that would be great!
