I bought a battery for a e bike and the seller's web site did not add in the shipping charges to canada and then they did not have the battery back that I wanted in stock so I asked for a refund and I got an email back saying and I quote (please raise a PayPal dispute.)

I have never had a problem getting refunds from people when thay are sold out of something or have a mistake with there website witch both problems are there website I would not have paid them if I noticed that there was no shipping charge I noticed it an hour later.

I have not been able to contact them since the last email I got I  have opened a dispute with paypal but is there anything else I can do to get my money back?

Escalate the dispute to a claim and you should get your refund as long as you met the buyer protection criteria.
