Hollister can't accept Paypal as method of payment right now?

So I tried to pay using my paypal account and it's saying that it cannot be used as a payment method right now please use another method of payment.

However my Paypal account is saying that the payment has been submitted and is pending...

Am I going to be charged? or Will the order be cancelled?

I'm very confused.
