I got a $25 mastercard to use on a site to buy some stuff from a site the site wont let me use prepay gift cards to pay but it will let me use paypal however when I tryied to use paypal after adding my card and conferming it. Im told I can only use paypal Balance and not a card thats linked to paypal. I see this everywhere now and soon Im just not going to be able to shop online anymore. Is there no way I can take the money from the card and make it a paypal balance because this is really **bleep** me off.
