Debit card and Pre-paid mastercard situation

So i have my paypal linked to my debit account. A month ago i linked a prepaid mastercard to my account and everything was good. However im pretty sure theres nothing on the pre-paid  card left and when i go to make a purchase it says "PayPal will use MasterCard XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX to fund this transaction if your bank does not have enough funds" Will i still be able to make the purchase and it will take it out of my bank account?

Yes, you should still be able to make the payment; we would only debit the card if the bank fails.    Please note, we don't know how much money you have in the bank (the bank doesn't tell us, and out of respect for your privacy, we wouldn't want to know in either event), so if a bank transfer fails, your bank may charge you a fee for a failed transfer.
