Hi I am trying to send certain amount to a person who i know using his provided paypal.me link but everytime I get the ''We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact Customer Service.'' error message. I already verified my phone number, email, credit card and i have been using this paypal account for over 2 years before. Please help i looked for solutions but nothing helps. cleared cache didn't help. Help please
