I have been trying to make game purchases in Microsoft. For some reason Paypal will not let me make the purchase. I log into paypal, authorize the payment but get the message that purchase cannot be made. I contacted Microsoft and was told that the problem is paypal will not authorize the purchase. How can I go about getting this taken care off?
