Hi kingkwong,
I would be happy to help answer your question today!
When we issue a refund, we use the same currency currency conversion rate for the refund, as was used for the original transaction, if the refund is processed within 60 days. Any refunds beyond 60 days are processed at the currency conversion rate effective at that time. If your card was originally charged in CAD, then it would also be refunded in CAD.
