so i transfered $500 from my paypal balance account to my paypal prepaid mater card on 23 april, and it is not in my card. its not ending, and its been pulled from my balance. i have contacted paypal they say it shôws complete so they say netspend show know, and netspend has no clue. ive waited to long....what now?i need my money
