please tell me there is a way to dispute this. this person messaged me for an account for $15 dollars and we went back and forth thru messages and the person did exactly what they said they wouldnt do they didnt give me the information to the acctount that i paypalled them for. so is it true i cant get my money back? please help this was the email they were using.
