For months now I have been receiving numerous payments from all different people that are unknown to me. The payments are weird and small amounts ie: 2.41 etc but all different. I run a non-profit and use pay pal as a way for people to buy tickets to my events or donate. Sometimes the person reverses the payment. This whole thing is weird to me and feels like a scam. Like when someone steals a credit card and charges $1 to see if it works. I have contacted pay pal many many times and they have no idea why it is happening or how to stop it. Has anyone else experienced this?
