Is there an email contact for paypal that can be used to report fraudulent misuse of a paypal account? This is not a transaction I was personally involved in so I have no need to link to the transaction on my account, but I have screen shots of the misuse and it is a continuing activity for this person and has been going on for many months. All I see is a phone number and you can't send screen shots through the phone. Thanks.
