preview of invoice not working

Hello:

In the past this option has worked and now it no longer works. Once I create an invoice, I am no longer able to PREVIEW it. I have to close out of the window and reopen it to operate it. Why is this happening?

You may want to contact Tech Support for assistance.  (One thing to try is to refresh your web browser by deleting cookies, cache, temp files and history, then close the browser, reopen it and log back into your account.)
