2nd ebay transaction in a row customer buying from me paying with paypal- hourglass on $$ for weeks saying the payment is being "processed" by paypal. No funds deposited, so no record on paypal's end, ebay thinks it is paid so I can't cancel the transaction- can't get anyone on the phone of course. I had changed my e-mail address on paypal and ebay and that might be part of the issue- I unlinked and relinked my paypal but no change.
