Hello, do you know ?. why my money not in my bank account. but in paypal account is competed 😞

Transfers to bank take 3-5 days.  PayPal mark it Completed because they processed your request to transfer, it does not mean the money is in your account already.  Then you have to wait for your bank to process the request on their end.  The funds are processed in batches and have to go through the clearing facilities in the ACH system to your bank.

That stinks that it takes 3 to 5 days.  The reason the money was transferred was because of an emergency.  It shouldn't take that long.
