Yes, but make sure you register the visa gift card at the website on the card under the same accountholder info as your PayPal account so you can check for the test charge and PayPal code PayPal send you to verify the card.
Note: The amount on the card has to be enough to cover your entire purchase or it will decline. And you cannot transfer the funds from the card to your PayPal account. You must select the gift card as payment method during checkout.
