invoice help!

IM NEW TO PAYPAL! So im a seller of goods and i sold a product to a customer and he sent me an invoice. When i click the email it says "User sent you an invoice for $40" Then it has a button the says "View and pay invoice" and when i click on it, it says "Amount due $0.00"  but at the bottom it says "this is a gift from a friend or family member...." So does this mean i have to pay the buyer $40.00? Or will the money apprear in my account on the "due date" please help me out! Email me if you need to reach me with an answer

Don't click on anything.  It's a SCAM to get money and/or security information from you.

When you sell something, you, the seller sends and invoice; the buyer pays the invoice and then you ship the item.

Why would you expect a buyer to to send you, the seller, an invoice for payment?  It would be rather backwards, right?  Don't fall for such scams.
