I have sent 6 emails to Pay Pal ....no response from any of them ....I have no open pay pal cases and no open Ebay cases ....yet I cant use my account ...
I tried to deposit money and it is some where in limbo ...i cant get the money back and pay pal didnt accept ...can any one help me to get in contact with them ...they wont answer my emails ....thanks in advance...Anthony Zumpano
