It would not make any difference, you are not allowed to open a paypal account in a country you are not a resident in.

As paypal is not in Bangladash then you should not have a paypal account.

Paypal have seen you are not a resident of the US so your limitation is permanent.

Nope, you should not have a U.S paypal account if you are not living in the U.S.

To have a paypal account you have to have an address / bank account / card all from within that country.

Well, somehow PayPal found out that you "Access the PayPal services from a country that is not included on PayPal's permitted countries list." which is a restricted activity that is grounds for "Terminate this user agreement and/or close or suspend your PayPal account, and we may refuse to provide the PayPal services to you in the future."

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#restricted-activities

Those who are doing this in Bangladesh are either good at hiding their IP location or haven't been caught yet.  You can call customer service with the intl number by clicking the Guest link on this page: https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/contact/call

Kudos are greatly appreciated. Smiley Happy
