hey all, so I recently tried to purchase a game using paypal. but everytime i try to make a transaction, it says it was unable to. I have enough funds in my bank account and the card is not expired, however there is a explamation point next to my card details (normally where the image of the mastercard would go). I'm not really sure what the problem is, and paypal is not telling me that there is anything wrong, besides the exlamation point.
is this something to do with my bank? or is this something that paypal needs to fix?
